The stories of OSRS gold great success that we have aren't really an exception to the norm at times. The stars needed to align for Among Us to find its players long after its launch and, perhaps the best instance before that, without the support of a huge publisher was Undertale in the year the year 2017.

It's for this reason that RuneScape The Initial 20 Years isn't just essential reading for all players of games, but for anyone interested in what direction gaming development is taking. It's an affirmation that we need to support the independent scene which is always fighting for attention in an enormous marketplace.

However, most importantly, it's an opportunity to be proud of what we have achieved since our beginnings. Gaming can appear as a completely disgusting and obscene area in certain instances (because it is often), but at its core is a community of passionate developers with an experience they want to impart to us.

A lot of us have beautiful childhood memories of playing around Gielinor, not because some giant company offered us the product and three brothers shared a passion and their families believed in them. They are the ones we have to thank for the memories, not those higher ups who are at Amazon and Activision Blizzard.

Steamforged Games have announced that it will partner with developer Jagex to bring RuneScape on tablets later this year. The MMORPG will be getting not one, but two new tablestop versions, a board game, and a tabletop RPG game. The board game will go live on Kickstarter in the coming year, and the tabletop version is Buy RuneScape gold set to go to retail stores.
