WOW TBC Claissic: Upcoming esports events in 2022 from AnneBullock's blog

World of Warcraft will continue to build an interesting esports community on its 15th anniversary. As an older MMO game, while the scene isn't the most competitive, there's a lot of enthusiasm from loyal fans after each game.

In the WoW Esports 2022 update, the developers announced a number of major changes and expansions. These include offering a prize pool of over $1.8 million throughout the WOW TBC Gold year and expanded support for the game.

And that's exactly what players want from WoW eSports in 2022, or at least part of it.

One of the oldest content in World of Warcraft eSports is the Arena World Championship. This is a PVP competition. The AWC will be held in 2022 as in previous years. Its registration is already open in North America and Europe.

AWC will launch on March 18 this year, with teams competing in North American and European regions. Prize pools in each region will offer weekly prizes of $10,000, and there will be four separate Open Cups throughout the year. These cups will determine who can join the AWC Tour, a round-robin tournament with a prize pool of up to 320,000. The top four teams from each region can join the tour for a spot in the Grand Finals.

Updates to World of Warcraft eSports 2022 include bringing back the Burning Crusade classic for season three. This is another event held in Europe and the United States.

Teams are in a 3v3 format and the total prize money offered is $100,000. It will also be one of the first events of the year, and its registration closes on February 19.
