You'll want to purchase a pair of RuneScape from MMOruki's blog

If you can find a Tokkul-Zo, do this rather than an archer's ring: it comes in the elder kiln pursuit and rs 2007 gold has +4 in most battle stats except prayer and strength, making it better than the archer's ring. An amulet of ranging is probably a better thing to purchase than the usual fury: it has a greater ranged attack bonus though it defends you slightly less well and has no prayer bonus.

You won't need a robin hood hat and an archer helm: to get a fast stat check, the archer helm supplies higher defence but the robin hat has +2 more ranged offense. It is really your call, the differences are small. The robin works well as a cosmetic item and may be recoloured for loyalty factors in Xuan in burthorpe and varrock, though. If you don't already have these, then you must find some barrow's glovesthese items are extremely powerful for your glove slot and incredibly helpful consequently. You'll also want to purchase a pair of ranging bootsyou should get snakeskin, as ranger boots (12M) do not fall into your financial plan.

A defense slot will probably involve an illuminated god book. With Zamorak's book costing an unholy 22M, a much greater choice is armadyl's publication of legislation in 1.7M: it has only got 2 less ranged offence, but in addition, it includes defence capabilitiies and as soon as you've illuminated it you are going to get a nice big prayer bonus. Your cape should be ava's unless you are doing something in which it won't do the job, such as shooting ogres in a cage. In that situation you should wear your best ardougne cloak or something else using offensive/prayer bonuses. Red dragonhide, of course, if you don't would like to get void.

Looking at your charms I am not completely sure you could make 69 without becoming more charms. Together with golds with barker toads you would need 1840 gold charms for 160k xp, greens it's 1620 with Ibis, Crimsons it's 569 with stranger plants and blues you're likely going to need to store but it's 343 using kyatt's or graahks.

Up front, that's about 1.5m for toads, 4.7m for ibis, 2.5m for stranger crops and 3.4m for Graahks (4.4m for Kyatt). A mixture would be somewhere in between. If you are lucky you'll return around half of that through selling the pouches. The exception being the blue pouches that buy RuneScape gold could make your money.
