Before Sales:
1. Sales manager will discuss with customers what products they need or what new products may be needed;
2. Engineer team will make the drawings of new products for customer checking;
3. INCO provides product specifications and photos, prices quotation for checking;
4. Sales manager confirm the order including quality standard, quantity, price, price term, payment term, delivery time with the customers.
In Sales:
1. Sales manager will inform the order鈥檚 production progress. If any troubles, we will discuss with customers and solve them in time;
2. Sales manager will arrange shipment including container booking, loading, customs clearance, and shipping documents making;
3. INCOwill send all documents for customs clearance in destination port;
After Sales:
1. Sales manager will inquiry the products working status, customers 鈥檚uggestions about product design, quality, functions, etc;
