Aluminum alloy 3003 and 3004 aluminium roofing sheet are easy to process and have good anti-rust properties. Due to the particularity of roofing systems, there are special requirements for substrate sheets and coatings. The first is the aluminum substrate. At present, the most commonly used in the market is aluminum-manganese-magnesium alloy. The second is the coating, which requires good weather resistance, prevents the chalking of sunlight and ultraviolet rays, and prevents the oxidation and corrosion of oxygen and water vapor in the atmosphere. Therefore, polyvinylidene fluoride coatings and polyvinylidene fluoride are currently used for aluminum color roof panels. Because its molecular structure is quite stable, it has good radiation aging resistance. Also, due to its organic polymer properties, it is not easily oxidized by oxygen and water vapor in the air. Generally, under the condition of certain film thickness, polyvinylidene fluoride coating can be guaranteed not to deteriorate for more than 20 years, which just meets the needs of exterior wall and roof system.
